Day 1: Ha Noi arrival (N/A)
Pick up Noi Bai airport to Hanoi center
Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, a driver greets you and takes you to the city center, where you learn about the city’s attractions, culture, and cuisine.
Rest of the day, you are free and leisurely to visit the city.
Note: Hotel check in time at 2:00 pm.
Day 2: Ha Noi (B, L)
8:30 am: Visit Bat Trang Village, a famous traditional craft village in Vietnam specializing in porcelain crafts. Built over 700 years ago, the village features a communal house dedicated to the creator and a family factory. Explore the village, visit traditional ceramic ovens, and shop for beautiful products and souvenirs.
Return to the city center, enjoy lunch, visit the 11th-century Temple of Literature, walk to the Khue Van Cac symbol, visit the World Heritage “stone steles,” and explore Quoc Tu Giam, Vietnam’s first national university.
Explore the French Quarter, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and Presidential Palace before heading to Hanoi’s Old Quarter, a 15th-century trading center with 36 streets. Enjoy unique tube houses, alleys, temples, open markets, and street vendor foods.
Water puppet shows, first performed in the 11th century, depict daily life, culture, and beliefs of Vietnamese people using puppets on water, culture, incorbeliefsng traditional music performances.
Come back to your hotel. End-of-day service
Day 3: Ha Noi – Ninh Binh – Ha Noi (B, L)
8:00 am: After breakfast, your driver and tour guide will take you to Ninh Binh, a site rich in history, culture, religion, and geography, passing through the Red River Delta for photo opportunities.
Explore Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s former capital from 10-11 century, surrounded by limestone mountains and rivers, offering a picturesque setting amidst natural beauty. Upon arrival in Hoa Lu, visit temples honoring Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang (968-80) and Emperor Le Dai Hanh (980-1009), who played crucial roles in Vietnam’s independence from Chinese rule. Both temples were built in the 17th symbolizing a deep respect to the King’s contributions.
The tour includes visiting the 15th-century Bich Dong pagoda, Chua Ha cave pagoda with unique clay statues, and Chua Thuong, where you learn about Buddhism and enjoy stunning countryside views.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before transferring to Tam Coc, known as “Halong Bay on land” in the French movie “Indochina.” Take a private sampan boat cruise along the Ngo Dong River.
6:00 pm: Drive back to Hanoi.
Day 4: Ha Noi – Bai Tu Long bay (B, L, D)
8:00 am: Pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter hotel, drive three hours to Bai Tu Long Bay, pass Red River Delta villages, stop for restrooms, arrive at the harbor, and greet at cruise reception.
12:45 pm: Warmest greetings from our employees. After hearing a briefing on safety on board, go to your cabin.
1:30 pm: Enjoying delicious Vietnamese dishes for lunch while leisurely cruising to the core of Bai Tu Long Bay
3:00 pm: Cruise to Cap La Island in Bai Tu Long Bay, where you can enjoy kayaking, swimming, and relaxation in the breathtaking nature.
5:30 pm: Enjoy Sunset Time, a “Happy Hour” with tea and fresh fruits, and a cooking class with our guide, allowing you to make Vietnamese cuisine.
7:00 pm: Sumptuous set-dinner on board.
8:30 pm: Enjoy sundeck relaxation, music, squid fishing, and karaoke activities with tour guide support. Overnight on board in Bai Tu Long Bay
Day 5: Bai Tu Long bay – Hoi An (B, L)
06:30 am: Begin your day by practicing Tai Chi.
07:00 am: Breakfast will be served in a Western style, featuring Vietnamese traditional food, and tea and coffee will be available.
08:00 am: Experience the fascinating Thien Canh Son cave, where your guide will delve into the history of Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.
09:30 am: Return to your boat by tender, pack, and remove all belongings from your cabin. Leave heavy luggage outside; staff will transfer you to the pier.
10:30 am: Participate in the activity of carving fruits and demonstrate your imagination.
11:00 am: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12:00 pm: Disembark at Hon Gai Pier
A driver greets you at the harbor and takes you back to Hanoi, where you’ll rest and be dropped off at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. The driver then takes you to Noi Bai Airport.
At Da Nang International Airport, driver will pick you up and take you to your accommodation, where you’ll explore the city’s highlights and culture.
Day 6: Hoi An (B, L)
9:00 am: Pick up from hotel and transfer to Hoi An ancient town, where you’ll visit the bustling Hoi An Market, offering an unforgettable shopping experience.
The Chua Cau, a 17th-century Japanese Covered Bridge in Hoi An, has been meticulously preserved for 400 years, allowing easy access to the Japanese quarter from Chinese neighborhoods.
Visit the Phuc Kien, or Fujian Assembly Hall, a gathering place for Fujian residents, traders, and visitors, showcasing colorful fountains, ornate gates, and carved dragons.
Enjoy a delicious lunch and a fun lantern-making class with a tour guide, learn about lantern history, choose your style, and buy souvenirs in Hoi An.
Visit Tra Que vegetable village, known for aromatic herbs like mint and basil. Explore the village’s history, vegetable cultivation, and traditional Vietnamese medicine. Meet locals, make pottery, and transfer back to your hotel.
Day 7: Hoi An – Da Nang – Hoi An (B, L)
8:00 am: Visit the Ba Na Hill complex, 1478m high, 25 km west of Da Nang, for a full day with its year-round cool climate, making it an ideal resort since French colonial times. Visit Ba Na Hill’s peak via a 20-minute cable car, then visit a giant Buddha statue, lush gardens, French architecture, and wine storages at the station. Experience the stunning views of the Golden Bridge and Fantasy Park, Vietnam’s third-largest indoor games zone, before returning to the city.
Day 8: Hoi An (B)
Enjoy a free and easy day in Hoi An, enjoying beach time, leisurely walking around the old town, finding gifts, or creating your own adventure.
Day 9: Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh city (B)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
The driver will pick you up and transfer you to Da Nang International Airport, where you’ll be welcomed by a professional tour guide and driver at Tan Son Nhat Airport. On the 30-minute drive from the airport to the city center, your tour guide will introduce you to the highlights of the city and share the experiences of eating and drinking, traffic, culture, etc. On arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh city (B)
9:00 AM: Visit the Independence Palace, once South Vietnam’s President’s Office, showcasing its late 1960s and 1970s style and a bunker basement, including the North Vietnamese tank attack in 1975.
Visit Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, a picturesque spot built between 1863 and 1880, reflecting French colonist influences and offering a leisurely tour. Visit Nguyen Hue walking street and visit Saigon Central Post Office, a stunning building designed by Gustave Eiffel with beautiful indoor decorations.
Visit Binh Tay Market in Saigon’s Chinatown, the largest market in the city, offering clothing, souvenirs, food items, and a food court for local delicacies and street food. Visit Quan Am Pagoda, an ancient city pagoda dedicated to Guan Yin, Taoism, and folk worship of the “Queen of Heaven.” Visit the Traditional Medicine Museum (FITO) to explore medicinal herb recipes, magic potions, and unique antique tools.
End of the day, drop you back at the hotel.
Day 11: Ho Chi Minh city – Tay Ninh – Ho Chi Minh city (B, L)
8:00 am: Visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground city in Vietnam War history covering over 250km. Dug over 20 years with pickaxes and shovels, the tunnels were a significant resistance site. The tour includes special tunnel visits and a visit to the less-touristy Ben Duoc Memorial Temple, built in 1993 in memory of the Vietnamese killed at Cu Chi.
Visit the Cao Dai Temple, a sacred Vietnamese attraction influenced by Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, and Roman Catholicism, where you can attend midday mass.
Have lunch at a local restaurant, then transfer back to the hotel in the afternoon.
Day 12: Ho Chi Minh city – Cai Be – Can Tho (B, L)
Visit Cai Be, visit Cao Dai temple, and embark on a private boat cruise on the Mekong River, experiencing canals, orchards, and craft workshops. Explore the ancient Phu Chau pagoda, meet locals, and enjoy lunch at an open-air restaurant, where you can try the famous elephant ear fish. Enjoy a delicious fruit tasting while rowing a small rowboat in canals, then transfer to Vinh Long and Can Tho, arriving late in the afternoon. Upon arrival at your hotel, unwind and enjoy your free time to explore the city situated on the Mekong River side.
Day 13: Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh city (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the pier for a boat trip to Cai Rang floating market, the Mekong Delta’s largest. Enjoy a colorful atmosphere, sampans filled with goods, and early morning sales. Leave the market, continue the boat trip through the canals, and visit a fruit garden (option: replace the garden with the nursery field by the river). Return to An Binh Market for fish, fruits, and vegetables, then visit Binh Thuy ancient house, featuring the orchid garden where “The Lover” was filmed.
In the late afternoon, take a transfer back to Saigon.
Day 14: Ho Chi Minh city (B)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
Driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby for about 30 minutes to Tan Son Nhat airport.
