Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Ho Chi Minh Arrival (N/A)
Arrive Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by driver. Pick up and transfer to your hotel for check-in. You will have free time to relax after a long flight.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 02: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnel (B, L, D)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
Start an energetic morning, driver and tour guide pick you up and move to the first destination, Cu Chi Tunnels. On the way, the tour guide will introduce and explain the legendary history of Cu Chi Tunnels through a short film. The tunnel system is not only a shelter, but has become a place for living, military meetings, first aid, manufacturing and storing weapons. You will have the opportunity to go down into the tunnel and explore this miniature underground city. Leave Cu Chi Tunnels and return to Ho Chi Minh City.
Back to HCMC and have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, continue your journey to visit the War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace. Here you will learn about Vietnam’s history through the resistance wars. The final destination of today’s journey is the city post office and Notre Dame Cathedral. Prepare your camera to create unforgettable memories for yourself.
Have dinner at a local restaurant.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 03: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel.
7:30 – 8:00 am: Driver and tour guide pick you up at the hotel and depart for the Mekong Delta (It is considered the largest rice bowl in Vietnam). Coming to My Tho, you will experience sailing through complex canals and visiting Unicorn Island.
Coming to Ben Tre, you will have the opportunity to enjoy coconut candy at the local coconut candy factory and try riding a horse-pulled carriage. Next, cruising to some farms to taste fresh home-grown honey and honey tea.
Lunch at local restaurant.
At the end of the journey, return to Ho Chi Minh City.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 04: Ho Chi Minh – Da Nang – Hoi An (B, D)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
Check-out the hotel and transfer to the airport to take a flight to Da Nang. Arrive Da Nang International Airport, driver will meet you and take you to hotel in Hoi An. Following check-in, you will have free time to relax after a long flight.
3:00 pm: Tour guide will meet you at the lobby and begin the journey to visit ancient town. You will go to a few unique places such as the Tan Ky House, the Chinese Embassy Halls, the Japanese Bridge, and Phuc Kien Pagoda, etc.
Have dinner at a local restaurant. After that, you will have an opportunity to see the exquisitely lighted Hoi An lantern, take a photo, or just relax and take in the ambiance.
Day 05: Hoi An – My Son Sanctuary (B, L)
7:30-8:00 am: Our tour guide picks you up at the hotel and departs for My Son Sanctuary – World Cultural Heritage. Coming to My Son, we will have 2 hours to explore this place. Learn about history with your guide and enjoy Champa’s traditional performances. Experience learning how to make rice paper at the local house and enjoy the finished products you make yourself. Then, get back in the car and have lunch at another local house. Relax with cold herbal tea, delicious food and fresh air.
1:30 pm: Take a boat to Hoi An with a cool breeze on board and beautiful scenery on the largest river in the Central region called Thu Bon River.
2:00 pm: Arrive in Hoi An, we will take you back to the hotel.
In the afternoon, you will have free time. You can relax on the beach, shop for crafts and jewelry in Hoi An, or simply stroll along the river to see what the area was like 300 years ago. Overnight in Hoi An hotel.
Day 06: Hoi An – Da Nang – Hue (B, L)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
Check out of the hotel, car and tour guide pick you up and move to Hue city. On the way, we will stop at Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountains). You will be able to enjoy a panoramic view of Da Nang.
At the base of the mountain, you will have lunch and rest. Continue your trip to Non Nuoc stone village, where talented local artisans create exquisite marble products that are exported around the world.
Arrive at Hue in the late afternoon, check-in, and unwind.
Day 07: Hue City Tour (B, L)
Have breakfast at Hotel.
Driver and tour guide will pick you up and begin the journey to explore the magnificent Imperial Citadel. Then you will have a dragon boat trip along the Perfume River. Stop by Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest Buddhist sites.
Have lunch at a lovely restaurant. Then continue the journey to Tu Duc mausoleum, famous for its magnificent design.
Stroll Dong Ba market, the largest market in this area. Overnight in Hue.
Day 08: Hue – Ha Noi (B)
Have breakfast at Hotel. After checking out, the driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and take you to the airport to catch your flight to Hanoi. When you arrive at the airport, the driver will pick you up and take you to the hotel to check in. You will have free time to relax after a long flight.
Day 09: Ha Noi City Tour (B, L)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
8:00 am: Driver and tour guide pick you up and start the first destination to Ho Chi Minh Complex. You will be provided with information about the life and career of Ho Chi Minh, the legendary leader of Viet Nam. The second destination is the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Next is the Museum of Ethnology. You can learn more about Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups through fascinating antiques and works of art.
The final destination of today is Old Quarter. You can choose to walk or take the electric bus through streets named based on their location or products. Then, see a special water puppet show that highlights Vietnamese mythology and culture.
Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 10: Ha Noi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
7:45 am: At your hotel, driver and tour guide will pick you up and transfer to Halong Bay (about 3 hours).
11:30 am: After boarding the boat, you will be served a set meal while the boat is moving. On this cruise, we will visit Sung Sot Cave (Suprise Cave), you can choose to kayak or swim in the crystal-clear water.
Dinner and overnight on the cruise.
Day 11: Halong Bay – Ha Noi (B)
Welcome a new day with the sound of waves, wind and fresh air. After breakfast, visit the beautiful limestone cave. Before returning to the port, you will admire the beauty of Ha Long Bay.
11:30 am: The boat has arrived, the driver will pick you up and return to Ha Noi.
Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 12: Ha Noi Departure (B)
Have breakfast at your hotel. You will have free time to go shopping or take a stroll to the center lake area. Be prepared with your luggage and check out your hotel, driver will meet you at the lobby and transfer to the airport.
