Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Ha Noi Arrival (N/A)
Welcome to Vietnam. Welcome to Hanoi. At Noi Bai International Airport, driver will pick you up and transfer to your hotel in Ha Noi for check-in. You will have free-time to relax after a long flight.
Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.
Day 02: Ha Noi City Tour (B, L)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
8:00 am: Driver and tour guide pick you up and start the first destination to Ho Chi Minh Complex. You will be provided with information about the life and career of Ho Chi Minh, the legendary leader of Viet Nam. The second destination is the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Next is the Museum of Ethnology. You can learn more about Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups through fascinating antiques and works of art.
The final destination of today is Old Quarter. You can choose to walk or take the electric bus through streets named based on their location or products. Then, see a special water puppet show that highlights Vietnamese mythology and culture.
Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 03: Ha Noi – Ninh Binh (B, L)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
8:00 am: At the hotel, driver and tour guide will pick you up and depart for Ninh Binh province. You will learn about national heroes Dinh and Le, who founded the ancient capital of Hoa Lu in the 10th century. Glide down the narrow stream on a small rowing boat, enjoy the trip through the Tam Coc area. This area is shaded by steep limestone cliffs in harmony with lush green paddy fields.
Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 04: Ninh Binh – Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
8:00 am: At your hotel, driver and tour guide will pick you up and transfer to Halong Bay (about 3 hours).
11:30 am: After boarding the cruise, you will be served a set meal while the boat is moving. On this cruise, we will visit Sung Sot Cave (Suprise Cave), you can choose to kayak, swim in the crystal-clear water, enjoy the landscape or relax at the sundeck.
Dinner and overnight on the cruise.
Day 05: Halong Bay – Ha Noi – Lao Cai (B)
Welcome a new day with the sound of waves, wind and fresh air. After breakfast, visit the beautiful limestone cave. Before returning to the port, you will admire the beauty of Ha Long Bay.
11:30 am: The boat has arrived, the driver will pick you up and return to Ha Noi.
Afterwards, have a light break at a small hotel near to the train station. Then later that evening, our staff will escort you to your cabin on the train to Lao Cai.

Day 06: Lao Cai – Sapa (B, L)
Arrive at Lao Cai station around 6:00 am. The driver will pick you up and take you to your hotel in Sapa (about 1 hour). After breakfast, you will begin an exciting trek to the ethnic village on Cat Cat hill, inhabited by the Hmong ethnic people. Experience the culture with families living in the area. Return to Sapa around noon. Check in to the hotel and rest.
Overnight in Sapa.
Day 07: Sapa – Lao Chai / Ta Van / Lao Chai – Ha Noi (B, L)
Have breakfast at the hotel.
Start your journey to the daily wet market in Sapa and then walk (about 3-4 hours) down to Muong Hoa Valley. Pass through Lao Chai and Ta Van villages, inhabited by the Hmong and Dzay people. Admiring the wonderful scenery here while strolling with the locals will give you a pleasant experience. Have lunch at local restaurant. Return to the main road, the driver will take you to Sapa town.
5:00 pm: The driver will pick you up and move to the train station to return to Ha Noi.

*If your planned date is Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday, we recommend to visit some of the most beautiful markets in Northwest Viet Nam.
Day 08: Ha Noi – Hue (B, D)
Arrive at Ha Noi station, the driver will pick you up and transfer to the airport to go to the next location. At Hue airport, driver picks you up and takes you to the hotel for check in. You will have time to relax after the long flight until our tour guide and driver return to pick you up for a royal dinner. You will be introduced to the delicious and sophisticated dishes of Hue.

Day 09: Hue City Tour (B, L)
Have breakfast at hotel.
Driver and tour guide will pick you up and begin the journey to explore the magnificent Imperial Citadel. Then you will have a dragon boat trip along the Perfume River. Stop by Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest Buddhist sites.
Have lunch at a lovely restaurant. Then continue the journey to Tu Duc mausoleum, famous for its magnificent design.
Stroll Dong Ba market, the largest market in this area.
Overnight in Hue.
Day 10: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An (B, L)
Have breakfast at hotel.
After checking out, the driver and guide will pick you up and move to Hoi An. Stopping at Hai Van Pass, you will admire the majestic beauty of Hai Van Pass. Next is Marble Mountains. Here you will see the panoramic view of Da Nang city. Continue your journey to Hoi An ancient town.
After having lunch at a local restaurant, arrive at the hotel located in the old town area, check in and have free time to rest. In the afternoon, walk into the Old Town to visit the Chinese Embassy, Japanese Covered Bridge, Fujian Pagoda & Tan Ky House. The early evening will be free time to shop or relax.
Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 11: Hoi An – My Son (B, L)
7:30-8:00 am: Our tour guide picks you up at the hotel and departs for My Son Sanctuary – World Cultural Heritage. Coming to My Son, we will have 2 hours to explore this place. Learn about history with your guide and enjoy Champa’s traditional performances. Then, get back in the car and have lunch at local house. Relax with cold herbal tea, delicious food and fresh air.
Arrive in Hoi An, we will take you back to the hotel.
In the afternoon, you will have free time. You can relax on the beach, shop for crafts and jewelry in Hoi An, or simply stroll along the river to see what the area was like 300 years ago. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 12: Hoi An – Nha Trang (B)
After breakfast, transfer to Da Nang to take your flight to Nha Trang. Arrive at Cam Ranh Airport and go on a drive to the downtown of this sun-washed city. Check in your hotel and be ready for your beach break.
Day 13: Nha Trang (B)
Leisure time on beach. Overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 14: Nha Trang – Da Lat (B)
Have breakfast at the hotel and enjoy some time playing on the beach. After checking out, the driver will meet you at the lobby and pick you up to Da Lat, a romantic and European-style city. Arriving in Da Lat around noon, you will have time to check in and have free time to rest. Overnight in Da Lat.
Day 15: Da Lat (B)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
8:30 am: The tour guide and driver will take you around the city. The tour includes city highlights such as Truc Lam Thien Vien Zen Monastery, Bao Dai’s villa – the residence of the last Emperor of Vietnam, the old train station, and ancient churches. You can also visit Da Lat’s bustling markets with many products such as locally grown flowers and fruits. The rest of the day is up to you.
Overnight in Da Lat.
Day 16: Da Lat – Ho Chi Minh City (B)
After breakfast, check-out and get your transfer to the airport to take a 30 minutes flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, check in your hotel and relax or doing some own stroll to explore around the hotel neighborhood area.
Overnight in Saigon.
Day 17: Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi Tunnel (B, L)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
Start an energetic morning, driver and tour guide pick you up and visit the Central Post Office, Reunification Palace, and War Remnants Museum. You can buy souvenirs at the bustling Ben Thanh market or stroll along ancient Rue Cardinal Street (now Dong Khoi Street) to see how attractive and unique the life of this city. Have lunch at a restaurant.
After lunch time, move to Cu Chi Tunnels. On the way, the tour guide will introduce and explain the legendary history of Cu Chi Tunnels through a short film. The tunnel system is not only a shelter, but has become a place for living, military meetings, first aid, manufacturing and storing weapons. You will have the opportunity to go down into the tunnel and explore this miniature underground city. Leave Cu Chi Tunnels and return to Ho Chi Minh City.
In the evening, you will have time to relax or explore the city at night by yourself. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 18: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta (B, L, D)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
At the hotel, the driver and guide will pick you up and move to Cai Be town (about 2.5 hours). Arrive at Cai Be, after boarding the boat, you will enjoy a welcome drink, along with an introduction to the ship. Lunch is served en route.
The boat turns into the canal, in the middle of the busy river, between the market and the church. This is your opportunity to learn more about the lives of local people on shore and on the water. Visit a riverside village, learn more about the lifestyle and hospitality of the locals by visiting nearby orchards or rice fields. Return to the boat and relax on the deck to enjoy the sunset. Dinner is served on boat.

Day 19: Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh City (B)
6:30 am: Have breakfast. Then depart for Can Tho. Arrive at Cai Rang floating market, board a local boat to go through and visit the floating market, nearby creeks and flower gardens and then return to Ninh Kieu pier. The boat trip will end in Can Tho, where the driver will wait for you and move back to Ho Chi Minh City. Check into our hotel and relax at your own leisure. Dinner is up to you.
Day 20: Ho Chi Minh Departure (B)
After a late breakfast, you are free for last minute shopping or wait until transfer time to airport for your departure flight.
