Tour Itinerary
Day 1: HCM City – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho (L, D)
7:15 am: Driver and tour guide will pick you up from your accommodation and take you (1.5 hours) to the lovely city of My Tho.
When you get to My Tho town, go to the oldest and most ancient pagoda there is, Vinh Trang. The Mekong Delta’s largest pagoda and most distinctive architectural design are well known. Its architecture was influenced by European and Vietnamese cultures as well as Khmer culture.
Following lunch, we will stroll through the hamlet, stop at a fruit orchard, and savor some exotic fruit while taking in the sounds of “Southern Vietnamese folk music” played by islanders. Here, we may participate in locals’ daily activities and take in the scenery of this stunning natural environment.
The final boat ride back to My Tho along the Tan Thach natural canal will live up to your expectations. Then proceed to the bus and travel to Can Tho city after a little stroll through a winding hamlet way.
When you get to Can Tho, check into a three-star hotel. The bus will then pick you up from the hotel to go to dinner on a boat.
Day 2: Can Tho Floating Market – My Khanh Tourist Village – HCMC (B, L)
After breakfast, you first embark on a boat tour to discover the Lower Mekong River’s beautiful tributaries. The Cai Rang floating market, one of the most distinctive and lively locations in the area, is where you will eventually arrive by boat. Have you ever eaten vermicelli noodles from Vietnam? You’ll therefore go and see how it’s manufactured. To interact with the locals, you will then trek through the village. You get the opportunity to learn how to cross a “Monkey bridge” constructed with just one bamboo here.
You will visit My Khanh Tourist village after leaving the area and eat lunch there. Then, you will be transferred back to HCM City by our bus.
