A funny and interesting approach to learn about Vietnamese cuisine and rural life in Hoi An. WHAT YOU’LL DO
8:30 AM or 1:30 PM: Local tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the Hoi An local market. The tour guide will assist you in interacting with the market’s local vendors and will demonstrate how to choose and purchase high-quality produce for your culinary lesson.
The excursion proceeds straight from the market to the bamboo basket boat that travels through the TRA NHIEU Nipa forest’s canals. In addition to enjoying crab fishing, you will be surrounded by the natural splendor of the Nipa palm grove. This is really awesome! You get the opportunity to reflect on the natural beauty of the Vietnamese countryside’s rivers, the customary methods of fishing, and the friendly lives of the local fisherman.
Following these eco-tour activities, you will be greeted at the restaurant and have the opportunity to take part in cooking lessons with our chefs within 2 hours. The chefs will teach you the fundamentals of Vietnamese cooking while also imparting important knowledge about Vietnamese traditional cuisine. After that, you can savor homemade Vietnamese cuisine. You will receive the Cooking Recipes from the class to practice making them at home. At last, return to your hotel.
