Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Ha Noi arrival – Night train / bus to Sapa (D)
At Noi Bai International Airport, driver will collect you and transfer to your hotel. Free time and walk around Hanoi Old Quarter. Have dinner and enjoy a water puppet show.
8.30 – 8:45 pm: Transfer to Sapa by train / bus.
Stay overnight on the train / bus.
Day 2: Lao Cai – Sapa – Trekking village (B, L, D)
About 6:00 am: You will arrive at Lao Cai. Have breakfast at a local restaurant.
Tour guide will pick you up and start the journey to explore the town (early check-in is not guaranteed) take a short climb up to Ham Rong Hill for a bird-eye view of the Sapa area, then trek down to visit the local market. In the afternoon, take a 2km trek to Cat Cat Village, home of H’mong Ethics. Meet & talk with locals to learn more about their daily life.
Stay overnight hotel in Sapa.
Day 3: Sapa – Ha Noi (B, L)
Have breakfast at your hotel and prepare snacks for walking
7:45 am: Trek from Sapa town to Y Linh Ho village, passing by rice terraces and along Muong Hoa stream to Lao Chai Black Hmong village to take in the breathtaking scenery of Hoang Lien Son Mountain.
11:00 am: Have a picnic lunch at Lao Chai Village
After lunch time, visit Ta Van village, the home of the Dzay ethnic group.
1:30 pm: Driver collects you at Ta Van Bridge and then transfer to Sapa.
The trek is about 12 km long and takes you 4.5 hours.
2:00 pm: You can take a shower at the hotel.
3:00 pm: A limousine bus will pick you up from your hotel and take you back to Hanoi.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 4: Ha Noi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)
7:00 am: Have breakfast at the hotel.
8:00 am: Driver and tour guide pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Halong Bay. Enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, faemlands and Red River delta
12:00 pm: Arriving Tuan Chau Marina-Halong Bay, transfer by tender, get on the cruise, and join us for a welcome drink as we tell you about life on board.
12:30 pm: Check in your cabin, Time to refresh and unwind
1:00 pm: Enjoy a real Vietnamese lunch while cruising through the fairy land of Halong Bay, cruising through the hundreds of amazing rocks, passing by the stone Dog Islet, Incense Burner Islet, etc.
2:30 pm: Explore the Surprise Cave, the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. It is one of the widest grottoes in Halong Bay, with thousands of stalactites and stalamites.
3:30 pm: Back to the cruise, we will take you to visit the Titop Island, swim or climb up to the top of the island, take the best view of Halong Bay in the summer, or visit a floating Pearl Farm Village and learn the technique for making high-quality pearls in the winter.
5:00 pm: Back to the cruise for refreshment and relaxation. Join our sunset party on the sundeck (free wine and fresh fruit).
7:00 pm: Dinner will be served at the restaurant.
9:00 pm: Retire to your cabin or join the fishing excursion, watch a movie, have a drink at the bar, have internet access, or play exciting games.
Overnight on the boat.
Day 5: Halong Bay – Ha Noi – Departure (Br)
In the morning, continue your trip to see numerous additional rocks, islets, and fishing communities. On board, brunch will be provided prior to disembarkation. Take a shuttle bus back to Hanoi. After checking out your hotel in Hanoi late in the afternoon, take a private transfer to Noi Bai Airport to catch your next flight or return home.
