Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Ha Noi (D)
Welcome to Viet Nam. Welcome to Ha Noi. Arrive at Noi Bai Airport. Driver will meet you and transfer to the hotel.
Have dinner with Vietnamese specialty at a restaurant. The evening is reserved for the Water Puppet Show.
Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 2: Ha Noi City Tour – Sapa (B, L) (Night Train)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
Drivver and tour guide will pick you up and start the journey to visit to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda. The next stop is the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first college – Quoc Tu Giam, then roaming around HoanKiem Lake. Have lunch in a nice restaurant.
Afternoon: Visit the Ethnology Museum. Have free time.
7:30 pm: Transfer to Train Station for night train (8:35pm – 5:00am) to Sapa.
Overnight on the train by soft sleeper.
Day 3: Sapa – Cat Cat (B, L)
7:30 am: Arrive at Lao Cai, driver will pick up you and transfer to Sapa. Free for visiting ethnic market, Sapa town until tour guide picks you up and starts the tour to Cat Cat Village.
Trekking to visit Cat Cat Village, H’mong people, and Catcat waterfall lying in a small valley.
Overnight at a hotel in Sapa.
Day 4: Lao Chai – Ta Van – Ha Noi (B, L) (Night Train)
Have breakfast in your hotel.
All day trekking to visit some minority villages. Lao Chai – TaVan. Meet some different minority people H’mong, Zay, and Red Dzao. You also can see the different colorful dresses.
5:00 pm: Transfer to Lao Cai train station for night train to Ha Noi.
Overnight on the train.
Day 5: Ha Noi – Halong – Hanoi (B, L)
5:00 am: When you arrive at Ha Noi Train Station, driver will pick up and transfer to your hotel. Have breakfast.
8:00 am: Your trip starts departing to Halong Bay. You will have a chance to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Halong Bay – the World’s Natural Wonder by boat (about 1 hour). Afternoon back in Ha Noi. The evening is reserved for the Water Puppet Show.
Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 6: Ha Noi – Hue (B, L) (Night Train)
Have breakfast at your hotel. You will have full day free time for shopping, relaxing or exploring the city.
5:30 pm: Driver will meet you at the lobby and transfer to Ha Noi train Station for Train (7:00pm – 8:00am) to Hue.
Overnight on the train.
Day 7: Hue City Tours (B, L)
At the train station, driver picks up then transfers to your hotel in Hue.
Start your trip to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and Tu Duc and King’s tombs (Khai Dinh). Visit Imperial Citadel in the afternoon. The tour ends by shopping at Dongba Market. Free time for your dinner.
Overnight in Hue.
Day 8: Hue – Hoi an (B, L)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
After check out, driver and tour guide will meet ypu at the lobby and transfer to Da Nang. On the way, stop to visit LangCo beach, take photos at HaiVan Pass. Visit Cham Museum and Marble Mountain in Danang. Have lunch at a restaurant.
After luch time, transfer to Hoi An. You will have free time to relax, shopping or explore the city.
Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 9: Hoi An – Da Nang – Nha Trang (B, L) Daily Train.
Have breakfast at your hotel.
Driver will pick you up and transfer to Da Nang Station for Train (11:00 am – 8:00 pm) to Nha Trang. Arrive at Nha Trang Station, you will be warmly welcome by driver and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 10: Nha Trang Island (B, L)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
8:00 am: Driver and tour guide will pick you up and transfer to Cau Da harbour. The first destination is Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island – this place has many marine species of Nha Trang / Khanh Hoa province creating a miniature ocean world. Mun Island is a good island for snorkeling, where you can see a lot of colorful corals and fish. You will also be able to see the caves where sea swallows nest. Then relax, swim and play water sports or other activities at Hon Mot, Bai Tranh Island or on a small island called “Mini Beach”. Have a fresh lunch at the island. On the way back you will visit the fishing village before going ashore. Return to hotel.
Overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 11: Nha Trang City Tour (B, L) (Night Train To HCM City )
Have breakfast at your hotel.
In the morning, you will have free time for swimming at the beach.
12:00 pm: Driver and tour guide pick up for lunch and city tour to Ponagar Cham Tower and LongSon pagoda. Shopping at Dam Market.
6:00 pm: After check out, driver will pick up and transfer to train station for HCM City.
Overnight on train
Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)
4:30 am: When you arrive at train station, driver will meet you and transfer to hotel for relaxing and having breakfast.
8:30 am: Driver and tour guide will pick you up at the hotel to explore the city: Town hall, post office, Cathedral, Ben Thanh Market, Independent Square. Visit: History museum, Thien Hau Pagoda, Binh Tay Market, Cholon Chinese district.
Overnight in HCMC.
Day 13: My Tho – Mekong River Delta (B, L)
Have breakfast at your hotel.
8:00 am: Driver and tour guide will pick you uo and continue the journey to the Mekong River Delta. Stroll on a boat through tiny channels and quiet villages in MyTho. Have lunch at the pleasant restaurant inside the garden.
In the afternoon, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda before returning to HCMC. Free time in the evening.
Overnight in HCM City.
Day 14: Day Departure (B)
Have breakfast at your hotel. You will have free time until driver pick you up at the hotel and transfer to the airport for departure.
